For your convenience, to extend your possible skiing time, we provide a luggage store room, for storage before your check in and check out time. Also provided are bathroom facilities (shower and toilet) for your convenience before and after check in times.

Conditions of Booking

Deposit: 50% of tariff within 7 days to confirm booking

Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival, or booking will assume to be cancelled

Bond: A security bond of $250 is payable upon arrival (cash or credit card)
We accept Visa Card, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended

Cancellations:
More than 30 days prior to arrival Full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival NO REFUND unless the apartment is fully re-let. If fully re-let, a full refund less 10% of the total value of the booking will be made

Dates are not transferable

Snow Guarantee: All payments received by Snow Ski Apartments less a 15% booking fee will be refunded if 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
